Cancellation policy

According to article 8 of Law 1652/30-10-86, Government Gazette 167A, in the event of cancellation by the customer, provided that it is made:

- 21 days before the agreed arrival date, the hotelier is obliged to return the full deposit.
- in less than 21 days, the customer owes the hotelier half of the total amount of the booking cancelled.
